Cherubini has entrusted all of the pest control and maintenance procedures for the entire processing line to a third party.
A rigorous self-control plan using the H.A.C.C.P. method and traceability systems makes it possible to check the entire process, from the purchase of raw materials to the finished product, taking into consideration all critical points of the flow diagram.
The production areas are strictly controlled, as are the machines, structures and adjacent areas: a series of pest control actions guarantees the non-contamination of harmful agents.
An external company manages the industrial cleaning of the entire facility on a daily basis.

Production engineering
We seek to optimize production both through plant consulting and by intervening with the computerization of the production processes, including the implementation of an Asian method called T.P.M. (Total Product Maintenance):
The production hours and rhythms are scheduled based on orders, and are prioritized in accordance with the decisions of management.
Conceived as a modular system, the industrial plant allows for the introduction of new products and new lines into the already existing base structure, thereby taking advantage of available resources both in terms of energy and process activity.  This set-up allows Cherubini to act with the utmost flexibility and efficiency.
