Research and development

Our R&D department never stops. We are always seeking new products to add to our lines and to improve existing ones.

Made up of a team of six people who are part of production staff and our internal laboratory, and directed by team manager Abramo Cherubini, with the assistance of Dr. Marco Burattini, the department is always at work on new projects to constantly offer new products to our customers.
In today’s difficult, competitive market, there is a continual need to develop new products to satisfy consumer needs, which over the past twenty years have changed at increasingly more frenetic speeds. We place greater attention on the nutritional and health aspects of our products and the new food issues that are coming to the forefront in modern society, such as food allergies and GMOs.

In such a changing environment, we will continue to follow our policy of investing in innovation both in qualitative and technological terms, also taking advantage of the assistance of external consultants with European expertise.
We believe that the right path is continual research since a great ability to adapt to different environmental conditions has always been a winning strategy, even over the course of the history of mankind.
